The company is also working on diversification using the above technology stacks in various sectors. Understand the data requests from existing and prospective investors and lenders and gather necessary. information. And prepare a comprehensive response while ensuring all deliverables and documentation. are created with the highest level of accuracy.
Co-ordinating and interacting with the lenders and investors around their queries and preparing a detailed. response for clarification and resolving the follow-up queries. Maintain compliance & reporting tracker updated with respect to monthly/quarterly compliances with. tracking of periodical covenant compliances.
Tracking companies and conducting financial analysis and valuation exercises for the companies working in. the same domain and tracking KPIs. Understanding of the ESG, SGD, OECD standards and assisting in the reporting. Documentation for the debt raise & equity raise and getting the funds disbursed in a timely manner.
What you will need. At least 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in Corporate Finance, NBFC or Investment Banking. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners. Strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to synthesize information and create clear and.
coherent presentations. Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail. Exceptional proficiency in creating compelling and visually impactful presentations using Microsoft. PowerPoint.
Expertise in the Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
