The Role
Job Description
- Business Development:
- Identify prospective clients and sell software products. Focus on generating new business in software sales.
- Develop strategies to expand the client base, initiate calls, and schedule meetings with potential customers.
- Team Management:
- Ensure timely recruitment of team members to maintain optimal team capacity.
- Conduct induction and initial product training for new employees.
- Mentor and guide new joiners, accompanying them on client calls until they become independent. Focus on employee retention.
- Sales Targets:
- Achieve the annual branch sales target and product-specific sales goals.
- Ensure a 95% client renewal rate and 100% collection of credit sales.
- Client Services:
- Provide comprehensive pre-sales, sales, and post-sales services to ensure client satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts and drive revenue growth through add-on packs and regular renewals.
- Conduct product demonstrations for clients and generate leads to build a robust sales pipeline. Maintain timely follow-up on leads.
- Coordination:
- Work closely with the development and backend teams to address client requirements and enhance product alignment.
- Provide technical assistance and answer client queries related to software products.
- Sales Process:
- Manage corporate and B2B sales, consistently achieving sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, deliver presentations, conduct demonstrations, and manage negotiations to close deals.
- Attend sales meetings and meet key decision-makers to build relationships and drive new business.
- Influence senior-level decision-making in prospective business organizations.
- End-to-End Sales:
- Manage the complete sales process, including client meetings and interactions with C-level executives (CXOs, CTOs, CFOs).
Job Specifications
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in corporate/B2B sales, with a focus on field sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence and self-assurance with the ability to close software deals.
- Presentable, confident, and extroverted personality.
Ideal Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive role, ideally within the IT Infrastructure / Blockchain / Cloud Computing, IT Services and Software / SaaS industry.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You have working knowledge of Field Sales, Software Sales, Corporate Sales, Lead Generation, Negotiation and Prospecting
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
