Requirements
- We want a smart and skilled corporate communication individual with experience of 3 to 5 Years, in a creative digital agency
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that enhance the organization's brand, ensure coherent messaging, and align with business objectives.
- Lead the creation and dissemination of all forms of media communications including press releases, company newsletters, and annual reports, ensuring they meet the company's standards.
- Manage media relations, including crafting pitches, handling requests for interviews, and building relationships with journalists and key influencers in the industry.
- Coordinate with marketing, HR, and other departments to ensure consistency in public messages and internal communications.
- Oversee the company's digital communication including content for the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Organize and manage corporate events such as press conferences, webinars, and employee town hall meetings.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies using key metrics; adjust plans as needed to meet company goals better.
- Assist in crisis management and proactive communications during critical situations.
- Train and guide the communications team to improve their skills and ensure high standards are met across all outputs.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and make recommendations for adjustments in communication strategy and practices.
