Description:
We are seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join our dynamic team. The Corporate Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts and developing strong relationships to drive business growth. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate client accounts in the specialty chemicals industry.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including procurement managers, R&D teams, and executives.
Understand clients business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to deliver value to clients and drive revenue growth.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market share.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform business decisions.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management.
Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Travel to client sites as needed to build relationships and support sales activities.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
