Key Responsibilities
- Plan daily work activities, focusing on contacting leads based on sales funnel importance and size.
- Identify suitable sales products that align with the client s investment objectives.
- Interact with potential customers to convert leads into sales, emphasizing high-quality lead conversions.
- Proactively follow up on leads assigned by the Sales Head and provide progress reports with mitigation plans.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Head to achieve sales objectives.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing and implementing best practice ideas.
- Foster knowledge sharing among team members by disseminating learnings and good practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree (mandatory).
- 1-3 years of experience working in a sales environment, preferably in proactive telemarketing roles within the BFSI/Finance sector.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong telephone etiquette.
- High degree of accuracy in tasks.
- Willingness and ability to work extra hours occasionally to meet deadlines.
- Availability to attend company meetings outside of normal working hours (approximately once per month).
- Immediate joining preferred (batch dates provided).
- Knowledge of the equities market is an added advantage.
