We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in Data Ingestion to join our professional Data Architecture/Engineering team.
Responsibilities
Implement and unit-test data engineering subsystems.
Collaborate with fellow developers and analysts on larger projects.
Support, diagnose, and resolve issues with existing data ingestion and data delivery systems.
Learn new tools and programming languages as needed.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience: Minimum of 3+ years experience as a Java developer with Core Java expertise required.
- Tech Skills: Previous development experience with Spring Boot, strong SQL skills, and proficiency in programming, profiling, and debugging.
- Domain: Previous experience in financial companies.
- Education: Strong academic background with a Bachelor or masters degree in computer science or similar.
- Others: Experience with ETL concepts or tools is a plus. Familiarity with Object Oriented Analysisand Design.
- Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases. Proficiency in micro-services, Java Spring Boot. Familiarity with AWS, Spark, etc., is advantageous.
