Copilot Support Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Copilot Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation and customer support, with a minimum of 4-9 years of experience in the job market context of India. The Copilot Support Specialist will be responsible for assisting pilots with technical issues, providing customer support, and ensuring the safety of all flights.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to pilots, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Assist with pre-flight checks and ensure all safety procedures are followed.
• Monitor flight progress and provide support as needed.
• Communicate with air traffic control and ground personnel to ensure safe and efficient flights.
• Provide excellent customer support to passengers, including answering questions and resolving issues.
• Maintain accurate records of flight logs and technical issues.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient flight operations.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4-9 years of experience in aviation and customer support.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety procedures.
• Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure.
• Experience with flight planning software and other aviation technology.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
