Designation Coordinator - Travel Support ( Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in the travel field)

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of travel arrangements for our organization. Your primary focus will be on researching and securing the best travel and hotel accommodations while adhering to approved travel reasons and budget constraints.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • and compares available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel needs.
  • options to determine the most cost-effective and convenient choices for each travel requirement.
  • travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservations as requested.
  • approval from line managers for every travel request before processing.
  • timely booking of flights, hotels, transportation, and any other required services.
  • travelers and assists with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
  • and advise on travel documents, insurance, import/export regulations etc.
  • compliance in all aspects of travel procedures.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • communication (oral and written) and negotiation skills.
  • working knowledge of the travel industry.
  • experience in travel coordination or a related field is preferred.
  • decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and to identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
  • organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • of international travel regulations, customs, and currencies
  • knowledge of MS Office and CTM/GDS solutions
  • in using travel booking platforms and tools.
