Business unit Parts and Field Service is a global organisation with harmonised ways of working and tools to deliver the best possible services for our customers. We are now looking for a dynamic Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management to join our skilled Parts Coordination Management team for a permanent role.
The role will be based in Navi Mumbai, India, and in accordance with our hybrid work model, you will be able to work partially remotely.
What will you be doing
As Coordinator, Parts Coordination Management you will be accountable for processing internal and external customers spare parts requests in a timely and high-quality manner, in alignment with our customers expectations. You will act as the customer contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries, and non-conformities, serving as a link between the customer and various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process.

You will be required to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of your tasks while actively managing relevant stakeholders. Your responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:
Act as contact for spare parts quotations, orders, deliveries and non-conformities.
Act as a link between customer and the various departments involved in the spare parts delivery process
Handle and coordinate quotes and orders according to working procedures, guidelines, and local requirements
Ensure highest level of quality and response time for quotes and orders
Ensure correct customer master data and handling instructions are used when processing quotations and orders
Actively follow-up the order book with the sales team.
Liaise with Sales about the content and terms of the offerings.
Follow up and communicate parts deliveries information accordingly in a timely manner to customers.
Follow up with internal stakeholders on quotations and deliveries according to agreed process.
When needed off hour support for spare parts (24 hr service).
Set up and promote OB follow up meetings with Sales Team.
In case of having an assigned expertise, ensure the transfer of knowledge within the teams and escalate the issues that may arise.
Build profitable customer relationships in order to provide feedback and valuable information.

As an ideal candidate, you will shine in the role if you have following qualities:
Education: Any graduate or bachelor's degree in engineering (Preferably mechanical) or equivalent.
Experience: 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management
Professional certification in Supply Chain Management is seen as an advantage.
Handson experience in SAP/ERP will be considered as a plus but it is not a mandatory prerequisite.
Knowledge of Supply Chain & Incoterms will be regarded as plus.
Any graduate degree in a relevant educational field.
Experience with customer service and a service-oriented mindset.
Experience with spare part orders and logistics.
Passion for process optimisation, learning, and professional development.
Systematic and organised way of working.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and maintain performance in a high-pressure setting.
Proactive and self-directed approach to work, taking ownership of your own tasks.
