Position Summary:

- The Academic Coordinator is responsible for supporting the academic programs and initiatives of the institution. This role involves coordinating various academic activities, facilitating communication between departments, managing academic schedules, and ensuring the effective implementation of educational policies and procedures. The Academic Coordinator will work closely with faculty, staff, and students to enhance the academic experience and promote a culture of excellence.
- - Assist in the development and implementation of academic programs and curricula.
- - Coordinate and manage academic schedules, including course offerings, timetables, and exam schedules.
- - Monitor and ensure compliance with academic policies and standards.
- - Provide administrative support to faculty members, including assistance with course materials, classroom resources, and technology needs.
- - Facilitate communication between faculty and administrative departments.
- - Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new faculty members.
- - Serve as a point of contact for students regarding academic issues, including advising, registration, and academic progress.
- - Coordinate student orientation programs and other academic events.
- - Address student concerns and facilitate conflict resolution as needed.
- 4. Data Management and Reporting:
- - Maintain accurate records of academic activities, including student performance data and faculty evaluations.
- - Prepare and present reports on academic performance, program effectiveness, and other relevant metrics.
- - Assist in the accreditation process by providing necessary documentation and support.
- - Plan and organize academic events such as seminars, workshops, conferences, and graduation ceremonies.
- - Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and participant communication.
- 6. Communication and Collaboration:*
- - Foster effective communication and collaboration among faculty, staff, and students.
- - Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of academic policies and procedures.
- - Liaise with external organizations and institutions as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
