1. Understand Incentive Programs & Process claim by creating supporting documents
2. Creating periodic reports of sales/Purchase performance
3. Extract data from Tally of Sales/Purchase & maintain it in Excel Sheets
4. Communicating with OEM Team for Programs / incentive schemes
5. Cold Calling to Customers for Lead Generations of Software/Cloud Business.
6. Reminder Calls to existing customers for any renewal / Subscriptions business.
7. Sending Mass mailing / Posts / Offers to Internal Team or Customers
