Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook at Coal to Oven located in Quilon. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring the quality and presentation of the food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and adhering to all food safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Cook or in a similar role is preferred
• Knowledge of different cooking techniques and cuisines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
• Food safety and sanitation certification is a plus
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods
