Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Cook to join our culinary team. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to delight our customers with an outstanding dining experience. You will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
Prepare ingredients and cooking surfaces for daily service.
- Cook and plate dishes according to recipes and presentation standards.
Follow proper cooking techniques for various types of cuisine.- Monitor food inventory levels and replenish supplies as needed.
Ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely manner and meet quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain smooth and efficient operations.- Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Proven experience as a Cook, preferably in a restaurant or similar setting.- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on food quality and presentation.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.- Serving, Platting, Table decor etc.
Certification from a culinary school or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Timing : 7:00am - 5:00pm (Can be adjustable)
