The Shibulal Family Philanthropic Initiatives (SFPI) runs various programs in the field of education, healthcare, social welfare, and organic farming, among others. The Foundation seeks a senior professional in the role of CEO to join our innovative and fast-paced team.
The COO will oversee the foundation's ongoing operations and procedures. As a key member of the senior management team, the COO will be responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, ensuring seamless program execution across various sectors. Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning
- Key Accountabilities/Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies, plans, and procedures.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the foundation's programs.
Ensure all programs are delivered effectively, efficiently, and aligned with the foundation's mission.
Evaluate program impact and suggest improvements to enhance outcomes.
Provide leadership and supervision to program directors and managers.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and funding requirements.
Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, partners, and community organizations.
Identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement.
Essential Qualification & Experience
Overall, 15 plus years of experience with a minimum 10 years in social sector in a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as COO or in a similar executive role within a nonprofit or social enterprise.
Strong understanding of program management, especially in education, healthcare, social welfare etc.

Fund raising skills Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Building networks with corporates, sponsors, government organizations
