Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement CRO Strategies:
- Create and execute comprehensive CRO plans to improve website conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize various site elements.
- Implement data-driven changes to enhance user experience and increase sales.
Analyze User Behavior:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and heatmaps to analyze user interactions.
- Identify drop-off points and areas for improvement in the customer journey.
Optimize Online Store:
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure the online store is user-friendly and visually appealing.
- Enhance product pages, checkout processes, and overall site navigation for better user experience.
- Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve average order value.
Monitor and Report:
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics related to the online store.
- Provide regular updates and insights to senior management on the performance of the online store.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Backlog Management:
- Work with inhouse developers and external agencies to deliver product features and launch new products on time.
- Manage backlog and prioritize tasks for spring planning.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in CRO for D2C brands, specifically focused on online stores.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and e-commerce best practices.
- Proficiency in analytics and testing tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, etc.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
