Overview of Role

As a Conversational Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying intelligent virtual agents for our enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for meticulously configuring settings to client specifications, ensuring a seamless user experience. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities

  • Possess in-depth knowledge of the CCAI Platform, including virtual agent deployment, telephony integration, and live agent management.
  • Meticulously configure settings within Contact Center AI Platform (CCAI-P) based on client specifications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business goals.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the development and deployment process.
  • Conduct thorough testing throughout the development lifecycle to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Configure and migrate virtual agents through various environments (development, staging, production) for seamless transition.
  • Configure and manage queues and developer settings, operating options, and other functionalities within the CCAI platform to optimize contact center operations.
  • Work closely with the broader CCAI and Data Science teams to ensure seamless back-end support and testing of virtual agent functionalities.
  • Cultivate a strong understanding of industry trends and advancements in conversational AI technology.
  • Continuously learn and apply new techniques to enhance your skills and contribute to the evolution of our virtual agent solutions.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in building virtual agent solutions.
  • 1+ year of experience working on CCAI Platform required.
  • Proven experience in configuring settings and functionalities to meet client specifications.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices for conversational design.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
  • Experience working with programming languages like Java or Python to pass data between source systems for use in virtual agent flows is a plus.
  • Passion for innovation and a desire to learn and adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of AI technology.
