We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Engineer to work on an innovative healthcare project. The candidate will focus on building and enhancing intelligent conversational solutions using Google Dialog flow, Speech-to-Text, and Google Cloud Contact Centre AI (CCAI) services. The role will involve extensive interaction with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer. This is an exciting opportunity to apply cutting-edge AI technologies in a healthcare setting.
- Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions using Google Dialog flow and Speech-to-Text.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) solutions.
- Leverage GCP services such as Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer to ensure scalable and reliable service delivery.
- Manage containerized applications using Docker.
- Handle web programming tasks, including basic HTML, JavaScript, and web server setup.
- Implement secret management and authentication mechanisms to ensure secure communications.
- Conduct web scraping as needed for data collection and integration tasks.
You'll Have (Qualification & Experience)
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Relevant Experience 3-5 years in a similar role
- Proven experience with Google Dialog flow and Speech-to-Text for conversational AI development.
- Expertise in Google Contact Centre AI (CCAI) and Contact Centre as a Service (CCaaS).
- Strong working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, especially Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Load Balancer.
- Proficiency with containerization technologies, especially Docker.
- Basic web development skills in HTML, JavaScript, and web server setup.
- Experience with secret management, authentication, and security best practices.
- Familiarity with web scraping techniques and tools.
