- Experience as Solution Architect in designing Conversational AI solutions and deploying in Azure Cloud Environment
- Experience with building Chatbots, Voicebots and Emailbots using technologies like MS Bot Framework, Dialogflow ES/CX, IBM Watson,AudioCodes, Twilio, Genesys, Chime.
- Full stack development experience with high proficiency in languages like
- JavaScript & Python with experience in front-end frameworks like React & Angular and back-end technologies like NodeJS & Flask.
- Deep understanding of NLP concepts like intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management, including services like Azure Cognitive Services.
- Hands-on experience of using Azure Calculator and in-depth knowledge of Azure Services
- Experience in HLD, LLD, Architecture & Security Design
- Understanding and experience of working in Agile Methodology
- Knowledge and experience of using REST APIs, ServiceNow APIs, other APIs for ITSM and Contact Centre applications

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role
- Define Use Cases mapped to business goals, shortlist & prioritize as per roadmap.
- Design and architect scalable, resilient, and secure Azure-based solutions for Conversational AI applications. Analyze existing/planned IT landscape to define required integrations with botplatform.
- Design Chatbot, Voicebot and Emailbots using MS Bot Framework, leveraging Azure Cognitive Services, Gen AI or AI/ML, and AudioCodes for natural language understanding and speech recognition.
- Design Bots in a PaaS model integrating with various Customer applications like AD, ITSM,Contact Centre etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and implement solutions that meet business objectives
- Create Architecture and Security Design Documents and present the same to Architecture and Security Review Boards of Customer
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members, and help them with troubleshooting and development guidance
- Stay updated on latest advancements in Conversational AI technologies and platforms including but not limited to Azure Technologies, MS CLU, Google Dialogflow, Amazon Connect, Generative AI etc.
