Key Responsibilities

Real-Time Monitoring and Coordination:

Monitor the entire supply chain process in real-time, from order placement to delivery.

Use advanced software tools and systems to track shipments, inventory levels, and transportation

activities.

Coordinate with different departments, such as procurement, warehouse, transportation, and

customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.

Generate and present regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery,

order accuracy, and transportation costs.

Develop dashboards and visualizations to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Issue Resolution:

Identify and resolve any disruptions or delays in the supply chain promptly.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address issues and implement corrective actions.

Escalate critical issues to senior management when necessary.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain processes and workflows.

Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate new technologies and systems.

Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.

Monitor and manage risks related to supply chain operations, including supply disruptions,

transportation issues, and inventory shortages.

Develop and maintain contingency plans for potential supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications and Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CSCMP) is preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in supply chain management, logistics, or a control tower environment.

Experience with supply chain software and tools (e.g., TMS, WMS, ERP systems).

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Strong organizational and time management skills.
