- Design, optimize and implement software strategies of Engine Energy Systems from requirements to delivery
- Work with global process partners and product groups closely to refine requirements
- Review design, code, test, and debug systems and software
- Unit test and verify software strategies in bench and lab environments
- Integrate and validate issues arising in a multi control module system environment
- Troubleshoot the issues identified at system benches and analyse field data from customer production sites and provide resolution
- Manage risk identification and mitigation strategies associated with software architecture
- Effective people and conflict resolution skills
- Represent workstream and provide stakeholder updates
- Mentoring, guiding, and assisting team throughout the workflow process
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in electronic Communication, Electrical Electronics Engineering from an accredited Engineering College
- Highly motivated with strong technical project leadership skills and 15+ years of progressively increasing levels of responsibility.
- Excellent knowledge of Embedded System and Software
- Knowledge of Model Based Design
- Knowledge of ECM architecture - memory I/O handling, tasks, timers, clocks etc.
- Good knowledge on Network Industrial protocols - CAN, J1939, Ethernet etc.
- Incumbents must have demonstrated excellent analytical skills and the ability to perform complex assignments.
- Must have very good communication skills and ability to convey technical information collaborate effectively with team members, process partners and leadership forum.
