Role Description

This is a contract role for a ServiceNow Developer with at least 5 years of experience. The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ServiceNow modules. This is a remote role, allowing you to work from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform development and scripting (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Application Developer, Certified
