  1. Technical Expertise for designing eModules - Articulate (Product / Process)
  2. Skills to design and deploy Programmes - Restaurant Level up to Ops Management (Working with SME's)
  3. Able to look at outcome/measures for Design/deployed modules/Programmes
  4. Stakeholder management and consulting
  5. Supporting LMS enhancement
  6. Creation / Edit on videos & photos for training program creation
  7. Supporting learning solutions for - Bite Sized Learning/Gamification/VILT solution
  8. Project Planning / Management
  9. Process Simplification with Tech
  10. Remuneration upto INR 15,000/- per month
