Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, youwill be responsible for contract drafting, non-litigation matters, contract abstraction, vetting, andreviewing.
Key Responsibilities:
Contract Drafting: Prepare and draft various types of contracts, ensuring accuracy andcompliance with legal standards.
Non-Litigation Matters: Handle non-litigation legal matters related to contracts.
Contract Abstraction: Perform contract abstraction, summarizing key points and clausesfor easy reference.
Vetting and Reviewing: Vet and review contracts to ensure they meet the company'srequirements and protect its interests.
Compliance: Ensure all contracts comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Experience: 8-11 years of relevant experience in contract drafting, non-litigation matters,contract abstraction, vetting, and reviewing.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in legal contract drafting and review.
Attributes: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicateeffectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
