Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Contract Manager at CIA-GLOCAL VENTURE LLP in Mumbai. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the contractual agreements and relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners on a daily basis. The role involves ensuring compliance with contract terms, negotiating new contracts, and resolving any contract-related issues.

Qualifications

• Contract Management, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
• Understanding of planning and billing.
• Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and analyzing
• Knowledge of legal terms and contract law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in CIVIL Engineering.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience
