Job Description
Should be Graduate in Civil. Should lead Pre & Post Construction Procurement/ Contract management for Commercial Projects( Preferably Hospital, or Hotel). Should have been run tendering process & vendor finalisation for at least INR 200 + crores value single package. Procurement of both Civil & MEP packages and Contract management. Prior experience in Design & Build / EPC contract for big value ( INR 200+ crore) packages procurement is preferable. Prepare Contracts, monitor and advise contractual obligations. Prepare Project Budget, Cash Flow & track the same. Vendor Bill certification of Civil & MEP Packages, Contracts variations management, etc. Experience in extracting quantities from BIM software, SAP/ERP platform work experience is preferred.
Excellent Verbal & Written communication is must.
