Experience: 05 - 8 Years
Qualification : B.Tech /B.E Civil
Exposure in Building Project only
Location: Mumbai / Bangalore
Good Communication Skill (Reading, Writing & Spoken)
- Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas:
Preparing Contracting strategies as per Tender Estimate Schedule & real time site requirements.
- Preparing tender documents, engaging with bidders, & discussing on techno-commercial grounds
Engaging in pre-& post contracts, Contracts administration & tacking of awarded contracts- Assist various inter department/disciplines in various contractual matters and clarify the requirements.
Preparation of Various Management reports Monthly and Quarterly basis.
- Review of Client/Sub-contractors Bill
Preparation of Monthly cash flow and weekly payment schedules.- Participated in the preparation of proposals and negotiation meetings.
Preparing comparisons statement of Schedule Items for the B.O.Q & Tender.
- Planning & Monitoring of Sub-Contractors daily activity to achieve the targeted progress
Physical measurement of quantities and construction materials at construction sites.
