The Contract Manager shall support the in performing the post-award contract administration of the MEP design services Contracts, aligned to the objectives & governing policies of the Client.
Responsibilities:-
Draft contractual letters, Notices, response to clients time & cost claims.
Manage variations/ Changes to the Contract.
Work towards development of procedures and best practices relating to Contract Administration.
Review Insurances & Guarantees to be submitted at the time of pre award or post award to ensure compliance with the requirement of the Contract.
Coordinate with representatives of other functional groups and other project and stakeholders.

Requirements
Bachelor degree Mechanical or Electrical.
Working Experience and a good level of understanding of MEP design services /EPC Contracts.
Overall experience post degree should be more than15 years. Of which a minimum of 7 years experience in post-award contract administration with client facing roles.
Experience in contract administration preferably in building design projects.
Knowledge of administering standard form as well as bespoke contracts
Knowledge of Indian Acts & regulations applicable to construction contracts.
Strong oral and written communication skills required
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work at all organizational levels required.
