Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead contract negotiations with vendors and suppliers to achieve favorable terms and conditions
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor compliance with contractual agreements
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies in all contracts
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize contract performance and cost savings
- Create and evaluate RFQ/EOI documents for vendor selection and procurement processes
- Utilize SAP or relevant systems for contract management and tracking
