Contracts (AM / Manager)

Min 6+ Years of experience

• Floating of Tenders
• Comparison of the quotes received.
• Negotiations with the Bidders
• Drafting of the work order with the Technical Terms and Conditions.
• Analysis, Quantity Surveying, Comparison of rates.
• Preparation and Issue of BOQ/LOI/WO/Agreements as per requirements with the shortlisted vendors primarily in terms of price, Time schedule.
• Award of work orders with proper Terms & Conditions.
