The Contract Administrator will support the contract management process, ensuring all contracts are accurately monitored and maintained. Key Responsibilities:
Contract Preparation and Review:
- Assist in reviewing and negotiating contract terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information for contract preparation.
Contract Management:
- Maintain and update the contract database and the CRM, ensuring all contracts are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
- Monitor contract deadlines and renewal dates, providing timely reminders to relevant parties.
- Assist in the management of contract amendments, extensions, and terminations.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
- Ensure all contractual documents are properly executed and stored.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date electronic and physical contract files.
- Prepare and distribute contract summaries and reports as required.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as a point of contact for contract-related inquiries from internal departments and external parties.
- Facilitate effective communication between all departments involved in the contract process.
Person Specification:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferably Law
- Some experience in contract administration, legal support, or a related role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills (essential)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (essential)
