Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Lead negotiations for contract terms with clients, vendors, and partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Vet contracts for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Finance, etc., to facilitate contract execution and maintain strong client relationships.
- Provide expertise in global contract management practices, including international contract laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain schedules for contract renewals and closures, proactively communicating with the Growth and SRM teams.
- Supervise all contract administrations, providing guidance and support in contract management tasks.
- Establish and enforce best practices for contract administration, ensuring the highest standards of efficiency and compliance (terms, pricing, KPI, CoS)
- Ensure accurate and organized contract records, track important metrics and documentation for the entire portfolio.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience in contract administration within the SaaS industry, handling multiple contracts and agreements
- Strong knowledge of global contract management practices, laws, and regulations.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review and analyze complex documents.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
