Our globally renowned chefs craft menus that balance comfort and innovation, celebrating the joy of eating like never before. Our architecturally designed biodegradable boxes are delivered with easy heating and plating guidelines. Currently, we are serving only in Delhi-NCR, but we plan to bring our unique culinary experiences to other metro cities soon. The second brand is Hom by The Dinner Box, a premium catering service that caters to ultra-affluent families and businesses throughout India. We provide a complete end-to-end experience, from menu planning to execution, ensuring that our client's events are unforgettable. Finally, our third brand, Table Stories, is a travelling pop-up restaurant that aims to bring globally renowned chefs to India and around the globe. By creating unique and immersive dining experiences, we are committed to fostering a sense of community and connection through food. Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Continental Sous Chef at FoodInk Expeditions LLP located in Gurugram. As a Continental Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in creating and implementing menus, managing the kitchen team, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. You will work closely with the culinary team to develop innovative and creative continental dishes. This role requires exceptional culinary skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering an extraordinary dining experience.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience working as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Expertise in continental cuisine
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Excellent culinary skills and creativity
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
