• Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of various dishes and components as directed by senior kitchen staff, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

• Perform basic chopping, dicing, slicing, and other preparatory tasks with precision and efficiency.

Participate in the preparation of mise-en-place for the day's service, ensuring all ingredients are ready and available for use.

• Assist in packing orders for delivery, ensuring they meet the presentation and quality standards of The Rustic Spin

Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, adhering to hygiene and safety regulations at all times.

• Exhibit a willingness to learn new techniques and follow the guidance of senior chefs.

Demonstrate a positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Show flexibility and readiness to take on various tasks as needed to support the kitchen's operations.

• Key Requirements:

Experience: 2-3 years in a culinary role, preferably with experience in Continental cuisine.

Skills: Proficient in creating and handling dough, crafting sauces, and preparing wings and toppings.Personal Traits: A proactive learning attitude, team player, and ability to handle a fast-paced environment.

• Assist in the development and execution of menu items, particularly focusing on dough, sauces, wings, and toppings.

Maintain high standards of food hygiene and safety as per regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of food.

Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and premises.
