We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Continental Chef specializing in grill, fried chicken, burgers, pizza, sides, and fresh juices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing a wide variety of continental dishes, ensuring the highest quality and consistency in every dish served. They will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and optimizing food cost management.
- Prepare and cook a diverse menu including grilled meats, fried chicken, gourmet burgers, pizzas, sides (e.g., fries, salads), and freshly-made juices.
- Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Develop and test new recipes to expand the menu offerings and enhance the dining experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace adhering to health and safety regulations.
