What we are looking for:
Role: Content Writer
As a content Writer focused on D2C/B2C brands, you will be responsible for creating engaging, persuasive, and customer-centric content that resonates with target audiences. You will play a key role in developing content strategies, executing them across multiple platforms, and ensuring that all content reflects the brand's voice and values. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer who understands the nuances of D2C/B2C markets and has experience with digital marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer engagement, retention, and conversions.

Experience Required: 2-4 years
What you'll do:
- Content Creation: Write, edit, and optimize content for various digital channels, including website, blog, email, social media, landing pages, product descriptions, and more.
- Brand Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives that reflect the brand's values and build emotional connections with consumers.
- SEO Writing: Incorporate SEO best practices into all written content to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
- Customer-Centric Messaging: Focus on creating content that addresses the needs, challenges, and desires of the consumer, driving engagement and conversions.
- Content Calendar Management: Plan, develop, and maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of fresh, relevant content.
- Email Marketing Content: Craft persuasive and engaging email campaigns that drive sales, nurture leads, and enhance brand loyalty.
- Product Copy: Write clear, concise, and attractive product descriptions that highlight key features and benefits while maintaining consistency with the brand's tone.
- Social Media Content: Collaborate with the social media team to create shareable, engaging posts that resonate with the target audience.
- Performance Analysis: Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of content and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design, marketing, and product teams to ensure a consistent brand message across all channels.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- 2-4 years of content writing experience, preferably with a focus on D2C/B2C brands
- Exceptional written communication skills, with a portfolio showcasing a range of content (e.g., blogs, emails, product descriptions).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices, with the ability to write content optimized for search engines.
- Experience with email marketing, social media marketing, and understanding of conversion-driven copywriting.
- Ability to think outside the box and create engaging content that stands out in a competitive D2C/B2C landscape.
- A deep understanding of consumer behavior and the ability to tailor content to meet the needs and desires of the target audience.
- Familiarity with content performance metrics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Impeccable grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally with multiple teams (e.g., marketing, design, product)
Brownie Points:
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress or HubSpot.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and content optimization strategies.
- Experience with visual content tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with paid media content strategies, including Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and influencer marketing.
