Roles and Responsibilities
- Craft engaging and insightful content for our social media platforms, including posts, captions, stories, and updates, that resonate with our target audience and reflect our brand's voice and mission.
- Write high quality, engaging, informative and compelling content for the website and blog posts on topics related to career development, job search strategies, industry trends, and success stories to drive traffic and engagement.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content distribution across all digital channels.
- Support and collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm content ideas, participate in campaign planning, and contribute to the overall content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest best practices in content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement.
- Candidate must be well versed with various AI/ML technologies and its use in content creation and drafting on various platforms.
- Candidate must have good command over written English language and must be technologically proficient.
- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress (preferred but not mandatory).
Candidates restarting after a career gap will be preferred.
It is a full-time role not a part time one.
