Job descriptionResponsibilities include:
- Planning, developing, and implementing the content strategy ensuring best practices across all content.
- Auditing an inventory of current content across all channels for various clients.
- Creating content for all channels on and offline and across the customer journey.
- Optimisation of content by channel, including website, mobile, for SEO, advertising channels etc.
- Create content for white papers, press releases, scripts and emailers.
- Setting up content management processes and systems.
- Ensure content links back to brand strategy and supports the strategy of the relevant channel.
- Research and analyse competitor content.
- Monitor, measure and analyse the effectiveness of content across customer segments and channels, feeding insights back into the business.
- Liaise and collaborate with creative and content management teams.
- Assisting project managers and CS teams with client meetings.
- Helping the business development team with pitches
Requirements:
Experience of 1+ years of experience in content writing
Worked in different domains
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 25,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
