Job Description

  • We are looking for a seasoned and highly creative Executive
    Content Writer to lead our content strategy and produce exceptional written material
    across various digital and offline channels. As an Executive Content
  • Writer, you will
    play a critical role in shaping the companys voice and brand, and youll be
    responsible for creating compelling and influential content.
    Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the companys content strategy to align with overall
    business goals.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various platforms, including websites,
    blogs, social media, marketing materials, and executive communications.
  • Lead content planning and coordinate with content team members to ensure
    alignment with strategy.
  • Research industry trends, competitor content, and market needs to produce
    relevant and engaging content.
  • Create thought leadership pieces, whitepapers, case studies, and executive
    speeches.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including executives and subject matter
    experts, to gather input for content creation.
  • Ensure content is consistent with brand voice, messaging, and style.
  • Mentor and guide junior content writers, offering feedback and support for
    their professional growth.
  • Analyze content performance and make data-driven recommendations for
    improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with content marketing best practices and emerging industry
    trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field
(or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in content writing and strategy development, ideally in a
leadership or executive capacity.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a strong attention to
    detail.
  • Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content analytics.
  • Ability to think strategically, make decisions, and manage projects.
  • Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with content management systems and various software tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
    consistently.
    Preferred Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with content marketing automation tools.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills.
  • Background in a related industry, such as tech, healthcare, finance, or
    marketing.
  • Knowledge in the political domain is much preferred.
