Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Writer at RVS Media India Pvt. Ltd. The Technical Writer will be responsible for creating technical documentation, creating and managing web content, developing content strategies, conducting research, and writing engaging and SEO-friendly content including manuals and other materials. The role will involve working on-site at the company's location in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar.

Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy Development:

• Develop and implement content strategies that enhance the company's digital presence and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure content supports business goals and user needs.

1. Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to inform content creation.
• Analyze content performance and use insights to optimize future content.

1. Content Creation:

• Write SEO-friendly content that improves organic search rankings and drives traffic to the company's digital platforms.
• Stay updated on SEO best practices and integrate them into the content creation process.
• Produce high-quality written content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, and social media.
• Ensure all content is well-researched, accurate, and tailored to the target audience.
• Update and maintain existing web content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Work closely with the development, marketing, and design teams to ensure content aligns with product features and marketing campaigns.
• Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to content planning sessions.

1. Editing and Proofreading:

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and error-free writing.
• Maintain high standards of grammar, punctuation, and style.

1. Project Management:

• Manage multiple content projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
• Track progress and report on content project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Web Content Writing and technical Writing skills
• Experience in content strategy and content management
• Research skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Experience in the eCommerce industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field
