We are looking for a talented and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a knack for storytelling and the ability to craft compelling content that engages our target audience. You will be responsible for creating high-quality written material across various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media, website content, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Research industry-relevant topics to produce high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, articles, social media posts, website copy, and marketing materials.

Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure precision, consistency, and adherence to our brand guidelines.

Content Management: Manage content within content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Stay Updated: Stay abreast of the latest trends in content writing and digital marketing to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.

Deadline Adherence: Meet tight deadlines consistently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Leading: Lead and mentor at least 2 interns under guidance, ensuring quality output and skill development.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team and local stakeholders to align content with local marketing strategies.

SEO Optimization: Implement basic SEO techniques to improve content discoverability and enhance search engine rankings.

Audience Management: Craft content that resonates with our target audience, encourages interaction, and drives meaningful engagement.

Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, local events, and relevant topics to create content that resonates with the local community.

Writing Style: Adapt writing style to align with our brand's tone, voice, and values while maintaining clarity and grammatical accuracy.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Proven work experience of 1-2 years as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English and Strong creative writing and editing skills.

Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools.

Aware about content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

Strong research skills with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
