• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in journalism or mass communication or English Literature or creative writing

• Job description

Should be well adverse in writing both English and Malayalam textual contents

• Active team coordination. You will have to work closely with multiple departments to ideate and create groundbreaking captions.

Responsibly produce various content types, including content for social media posts, blogs, emailer, website and print works.

• You should give utmost importance to brand guidelines, brand message, copyright, plagiarism, grammar, sentence framing, context and finally write good simple captions.

Actively manage and promote blog, and pitch articles to relevant third-party platforms for Monolith internal promotions.

• Interact with the creative and digital team to develop creative concepts and executions.

Upgrade writing skills through self-learning, online programs, reading and subscriptions.

• Use response enhancement techniques in copy, in order to improve response and increase ROI for clients.

Work towards generating more creative work from existing clients by ideating and working closely with Client Serving team

• Should be capable of writing scripts and captions for small micro animated videos.
