Role Description

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Content Writer Manager with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content writing, team leadership, and strategic content development. You will be responsible for managing a team of writers, overseeing content creation, ensuring high-quality output, and developing content strategies that align with our brand's goals and objectives.

• Content Strategy & Development:

Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's marketing and brand goals. Oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content across various platforms (blogs, websites, social media, emails, etc.).

• Team Leadership & Management:

Lead and manage a team of content writers, providing guidance, support, and feedback. Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining quality standards.

• Content Editing & Proofreading:

Review and edit content produced by the team to ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to brand voice and guidelines.

• Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:

Work closely with marketing, SEO, and design teams to create content that supports overall marketing strategies, boosts brand awareness, and drives traffic.

• SEO & Analytics:

Implement SEO best practices in content creation. Use analytics tools to measure content performance, track KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly to optimize results.

• Content Planning & Calendar Management:

Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely publication of content. Ensure that content deadlines are met and content production is organized.

• Training & Development:

Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to content writers to foster skill growth and professional development within the team.

• Market & Competitor Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitors content strategies, and emerging content formats. Suggest new ideas to keep content fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in content writing, editing, or content management, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your writing skills, creativity, and versatility across different formats and industries.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Google Analytics, and other content-related tools.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with video content creation and multimedia platforms.
• Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and conversion optimization.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
