Job Title: Content Writer- IT Create high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, and marketing materials
- Develop technical documentation, including user manuals, white papers, and case studies
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to understand and document new features and updates- Optimize content for SEO to increase organic search traffic
Research industry trends and incorporate them into content strategies
- Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency
Assist in the creation of multimedia content such as videos, infographics, and podcasts
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in content writing, preferably with a focus on IT or technology
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
Strong research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
