Job Description

Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for our social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and tools
Participate in brainstorming content ideas and social media strategies
Schedule and publish social media posts according to the content calendar
Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and inquiries, and respond promptly in a professional and courteous manner
Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content strategy
Analyze social media performance metrics and report findings to the Social Media Manager

REQUIREMENTS

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) and their best practices
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Creative and enthusiastic with a passion for social media
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Highly organized and detail-oriented
