What you'll be doing:
As a Generative AI Associate on our AI Large Language Models (LLMs) team, you will be joining a truly global team of subject matter experts across a wide variety of disciplines and will be entrusted with a range of responsibilities. We're seeking self-motivated associates who can handle the speed required to be on the frontlines of innovation. In return, we're happy and excited to train you in unlocking the potential of generative AI. Below are some responsibilities and tasks of our Generative AI Associate role:
- Creating training data sets for AI models that will help improve their accuracy, fluency, coherence, and/or voice
- Annotating data to help AI models align with human values
- Analyzing and improving the grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of both expert-generated training data and AI model-generated text to ensure it adheres to linguistic rules and conventions
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to refine and iterate data sets
- Contributing to evolving specifications for AI-model training and data recipes
- Navigating a dynamic environment and adapting to shifting guidelines and flexible priorities
- Achieving target KPIs, including daily job count and average handle time per job, within specified data production windows
What we need you to bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Linguistics, Journalism, Creative Writing, English or similar
- Excellent writing skills (in English)
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Ability to edit and improve written communication across a wide variety of fields

Requirement Pointers :
- Education : B.A/M.A/Ph.D.-English/History/Journalism/Linguistics/Political science / Economics/ Psychology / Sociology or related courses.
- US Native level English proficiency , well versed with writing and reading in their language, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Working experience in content writing, blogging, problem-solution writing, and editing of text
- Focus on those who are mostly 6 months 4 years experience in writing
- Prefer sharing candidates who have US English writing experience for US audience
- Excellent US English and strong US Popular culture are both mandatory.
- Eye for current events, interests in recent and most popular trends, understanding social media lingo, Social Media Intelligence Quotient
- Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics.
- Looking for candidates who have attempted IELTS exam in the past and have scored above 7 or 8 band score since we need C1 level English.
