Key Responsibilities:- Email Marketing & Campaign Development:
- Design and draft email campaigns tailored for lead generation and audience engagement.
- Social Media Strategy & Content Creation:
- Curate and schedule engaging social media posts for LinkedIn and Instagram, enhancing brand awareness and customer connection.
- LinkedIn Outreach & Sales Messaging:
- Develop and test LinkedIn messaging strategies for lead generation and business networking, refining content based on performance insights.
- Marketing Collateral Creation:
- Collaborate on creating compelling marketing materials like brochures, one-pagers, and e-books that showcase our psychometric assessment products.
- Content Development for Case Studies & Business Documents:
- Draft case studies, research papers, and other business content that highlights our expertise in psychometric assessments and HR technology.
- SEO & Website Optimization Participation:
- Contribute to content-driven SEO initiatives and support website optimization for improved search visibility and user experience.
