Familiarity with SEO optimization techniques, including keyword research, on-page SEO, and metadata management.- Proven experience in creating step-by-step guides and product documentation.
Strong knowledge of CRM products and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in creating content such as product manuals, user guides, and tutorials.
Work with Docusaurus and Markdown format to create and manage content.- Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
