Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, well-researched, and engaging blog posts, articles, and social media content related to client's products, and services.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their content requirements, goals, and preferences.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and style across all platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and relevant topics to produce fresh and insightful content.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance online visibility and reach a wider audience.
- Manage content calendar, scheduling, and publication of content across various platforms.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with the audience to foster a sense of community.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to achieve better results.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest content marketing trends and techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in content writing and social media management.
- Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail and grammar.
- Proven experience in crafting content for blogs and various social media platforms.
- Familiarity with material handling industry concepts, terminology, and trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content optimization techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS), social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms.
- A portfolio of previous writing and content projects is highly desirable.
