Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Content Writer/ Instructional Designer - Anatomy at Karanji Infotech Pvt. Ltd, Mangaluru. The Content Writer will be responsible for content writing, content strategy development, research, writing, and proofreading to create engaging and informative anatomy-related content. In this role, you will develop engaging learning materials for health sciences, with a focus on anatomy. Responsibilities include creating diverse content, instructional guides, and educational resources, while incorporating multimedia elements such as e-learning videos and animations to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Design and develop course content, assessments, and multimedia for e-learning.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy and Conduct needs assessments and define instructional goals.
• Knowledge of anatomy terminology and concepts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Identify content gaps and make courses more engaging and interactive.
• Create storyboards, guides, and assessments to measure outcomes.
• Evaluate and update materials based on feedback and trends.
• Incorporate multimedia elements, such as images, diagrams, and videos, to enhance content where applicable.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure functionality aligns with design.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of Human Anatomy, Microbiology, and Biochemistry.
• Ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Microbiology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of e-learning tools is an advantage.
• Freshers are most Welcome.
