Job Brief:
We are seeking a Content Writer to join our content and digital marketing team and enrich our websites with new blog posts, guides, and marketing copy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on our products, industry trends, and target audience to ensure accurate and impactful content.
- Write clear marketing copy to promote our products/services
- Prepare well-structured drafts using Content Management Systems
- Proofread and edited blog posts before publication
- Submit work to editors for input and approval
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Optimize content for SEO to improve our online visibility and organic reach.
- Promote content on social media
- Identify customers needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone)
- Update website content as needed
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as a Content Writer, Copywriter, or similar role with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
- Excellent command of written and verbal communication in English.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in using keywords strategically.
- Proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with strict deadlines.
- Strong research skills to comprehend complex topics and present them in an easy-to-understand manner.
